Overview
Building a luxury brand identity from scratch — when the only thing you have is the vision.
Luxe had no digital presence, no established identity, and no social proof — just two talented founders with a compelling product and nothing online to show for it.
The challenge was: luxury positioning is almost impossible to fake, and affluent buyers are skeptical by default. We had to build credibility through craft alone. The insight was that their niche — semi-custom home blueprints — was an asset, not a liability. We weren't appealing to everyone; we were signaling precisely to one buyer. Every word, every design decision had to feel elevated to achieve this.
I led positioning strategy, wrote the copy, and directed the creative team to make sure everything felt aligned before launch. The client reinvested significantly — three additional websites, creative strategy on two other brands, and Google Ads.
